1 1/2lbs of Brussel sprouts

1 tsp of salt

½ tsp of pepper

½ tsp of garlic powder

3 tbsp of olive oil

3 slices of bacon

a splash of balsamic vinegar

Preheat oven to 425⁰F.

Wash and cut Brussel sprouts in half. Keep loose leaves, they will crisp up in the oven. Place into a large mixing bowl.

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil. Mix Brussel sprouts with spices and oil. Spread on a baking sheet.

Cut slices of bacon into 1 ½ – 2” strips and spread around Brussel sprouts.

Roast for approximately 25 minutes, turning them once.

Add a splash of balsamic vinegar when done.
