4 slices of bacon cut into ½” pieces;

½ large sweet onion sliced;

2 cloves of garlic chopped;

1 bag of shredded Brussel sprouts;

3 Tsp of balsamic vinegar;

Salt to taste

Place bacon onto a frying pan and cook on medium high until slightly crispy.

Add onions. Cook until onions are translucent, about 8-10 minutes.

Add garlic, Brussel sprouts and salt, and cook until Brussel sprouts are cooked through and partially crispy, about 13-15 minutes.

Taste for salt.  Add balsamic vinegar, mix and turn off the heat. Serve right away.
